We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer to support qualification and validation activities across manufacturing process equipment, cleaning validation, and HVAC systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to act independently as a QA representative overseeing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Process Equipment Qualification
• Lead and support qualification of manufacturing process equipment.
• Ensure compliance with engineering requirements including maintenance, calibration, and master data management.
• Review and approve qualification protocols and reports.
• Cleaning Validation
• Support development, review, and execution of cleaning validation protocols.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning requirements and industry standards.
• Provide QA oversight to ensure validated cleaning processes meet regulatory expectations.
• HVAC qualification
• Participate in qualification of HVAC systems supporting manufacturing facilities.
• Review protocols and reports to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
• Quality Assurance Oversight
• Act as an independent QA party to oversee project activities.
• Provide agile support across qualification and validation deliverables.
• Ensure documentation and processes align with regulatory and company standards.
