Job Description-

Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure, or network architecture roles.

• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise network solutions.

• Experience with:

o Data Center networks

o WAN/LAN o SD-WAN

o Cloud networking o Unified Communications

o Contact Center technologies • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge in:

• Enterprise Network Architecture

• Routing & Switching • SD-WAN Technologies

• Network Security • Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Load Balancing • DNS/DHCP/IPAM • Firewalls & Secure Access

• Wireless Networking

• Unified Communications & Voice Networks Familiarity with:

• Network monitoring and observability tools

• Infrastructure automation

• Network performance optimization

• Disaster Recovery & High Availability frameworks

• Architecture governance and standards

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP / CCIE • AWS Advanced Networking

• Azure Network Engineer Associate

• TOGAF certification • ITIL certification

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop, update, and maintain architecture, engineering, and operational roadmaps for enterprise networking services across the technology landscape.

• Ensure network architecture strategies remain aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and IT strategies.

• Build and maintain enterprise blueprints, design patterns, standards, and best practices for:

o On-premises network infrastructure o Multi-cloud networking

o Unified Communications

o Contact Center technologies

o WAN/LAN/Data Center networks Network Solution Architecture

• Design and recommend highly available, scalable, and resilient network architectures supporting: o Data networks

o Voice and Unified Communications

o Multi-cloud connectivity o Hybrid infrastructure environments

• Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance for complex network transformation initiatives.

• Evaluate project constraints, identify risks, and recommend alternative technical solutions where necessary.

• Lead resolution and remediation of network performance, capacity, scaling, and reliability bottlenecks. Cloud & Infrastructure Integration

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, Business IT, and managed service providers to deliver integrated solutions.

• Ensure network architectures support cloud adoption strategies and hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity models. • Maintain expertise in modern networking and cloud technologies to ensure cost effective and future-ready solutions.

• Analyze technical design decisions and assess their impact on the enterprise technology landscape and business operations. Governance, Standards & Methodology

• Define and implement architecture and engineering methodologies including: o Requirements gathering frameworks

o TCO analysis

o Product and service evaluations

o Infrastructure design standards

o Peer review frameworks

• Promote solution standardization and reusability across projects to improve engineering efficiency and operational consistency.

• Establish architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Security, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure network and cloud solutions adhere to organizational security policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Implement and maintain secure network architectures including: o Access controls o Segmentation o Secure connectivity o Encryption standards

• Participate in:

o BCM (Business Continuity Management)

o IT Risk Management o Security initiatives

o Audit and compliance programs

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for enterprise network services.

• Conduct business impact analysis and ensure service resiliency for critical network infrastructure. • Support continuity testing, recovery planning, and operational readiness activities. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build strong relationships across business units, IT teams, and external partners to drive collaboration and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively incorporate best practices into engineering and architecture designs.

• Present technical recommendations, solution trade-offs, architecture decisions, and strategic roadmaps to management and stakeholders. Requirements Education
