Job Summary

Support social media content operations by managing accounts, uploading content, coordinating teams, assisting on shoots, and researching trends to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube accounts to maintain active social media presence
• Upload and publish digital content on multiple platforms according to schedule
• Research trending topics and viral content to inform content strategy and increase engagement
• Maintain and update content schedules and reporting sheets to track progress and performance
• Coordinate with creators and video editing teams to ensure timely content production
• Organize digital content and project files for easy access and efficient workflow
• Assist during on-site content shoots by supporting video recording using mobile phones
• Prepare lighting, props, and shooting setups to facilitate smooth filming sessions
• Coordinate with merchants, creators, and team members during filming to ensure collaboration
• Travel occasionally to client locations across Singapore to support content production activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Comfortable appearing on camera during content shoots
• Active user of TikTok or other social media platforms to understand trends and user engagement
• Familiarity with mobile phone video recording to assist in content creation
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to travel within Singapore as needed for client visits and shoots
• English and Mandarin communication skills preferred for effective collaboration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using Canva for graphic design and content creation
• Experience using CapCut for video editing
• Interest in photography or videography to enhance content quality
• Previous experience in social media content creation to contribute ideas and skills
