Materials Preparation·

Receive the inventories from the warehouse Assistant as per given Wave order.

• Pick and segregated the require inventories for order processing· Prepare the folding of packing materials into the boxes level for packing usage.
• Replenishment of inventories into the various parts of the Line per requirements:
• Medallion loading into Auto Loader Medallion station· Accessories loading into Pick To Light station· Supply the Packaging materials into the Packing station
  
  
  

Station 1 - Medallion· Ensure the Medallion are run per given order· Remove of the Medallion tubing and place for recycling.Station 2 – Laser· This are is totally sealed and not to be touch at all.

• Call Line supervisor for trouble shooting if not function properly.Station 3 – CCD Visual Check· Ensure the rejected items at CCD Visual check station are clear and send back for reposition.
• Record the rejected issue for improvements.Station 4 – Pick-To-Light· Ensure the accessories at Pick-to-Light station are pick and place correctly onto the given tray.Station 5 – QC check and Packing· Ensure the finish Medallion and accessories qty are as per given order.
• Check, scan and insert into the packing boxes.
• Scan and print the tag for AWB printingStation 6 – Shipping Label· Scan, print and pasted the tag for AWB printing and pasting.
• Pasting of boxes pouch for invoices.
• Printing of invoices, folding and insert into the given pouchOutbound· Place the final boxes at the designated outgoing area which was assigned by various gateway.
• Prepare the printing of insert before packing if require.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience – 1 –2 year related experience
• Education – Secondary Level
• General Abilities – Able to read and write English, able to operate PC will be added advantage.
