We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage external works and road works at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations, particularly on external works and road works.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Resolve technical issues and site challenges effectively and in a timely manner.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare site reports, method statements, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in external works / road works / infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (added advantage).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with Singapore’s construction regulations and site safety requirements.
