Job Description

• Welcome and greet customers (office & retail) in a professional manner in accordance to the stipulated SOP;
• Be familiar and well-versed with the floor plans, facilities, services and nearby amenities to guide and direct customers;
• Manage the Visitors’ Management System at the office tower, handle queries and feedback from the public in a professional and timely manner;
• Promptly attend to tenants’ requests/feedback e.g. taxi booking, dining reservation;
• Provide immediate service recoveries for lapses in services;
• Assist in promotional activities at the retail mall e.g. carpark redemptions, gift redemptions, vouchers redemption & purchase, etc;
• Oversee the loan of umbrellas and other equipment to office tenants; &
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum O-level with credits in English;
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the hotel, airline, tourism, real estate or related industries;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
