Project Management

•  Lead end to end delivery of oil & gas projects ( upsteam, midstream or downstream ) within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, HSE and finance

•  Manage contractor and vendor relationships throughout project phases

Government Tendering

• Prepare, review and submit tender documents incompliance with government procurement regulations ( eg: GeBiZ, MyPROCUREMENT, or equivalent national portals )

• Manage pre-qualification submissions, technical proposals and commercial bids

• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms, variations and claims.

• Monitor project financials including cost control, invoicing and progress claims

Educations / Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required :

• 2 -3 years of experience in oil & gas project execution

• Proven track record in government tender submissions and contract administration preferred

• Knowledge of local regulatory and procurement policies

• Strong communication skills for stakeholders and authority engagement
