We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our Structural Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural works with structural and M&E disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other related disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings and construction details to ensure consistency with structural design requirements.

Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.

Identify discrepancies between architectural and structural drawings and propose practical solutions.

Attend project coordination meetings and follow up on action items.

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant codes and regulations.

Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams when required.

Assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination and documentation.

Maintain and update project records and related documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably in structural engineering projects.

Familiar with architectural drawings, construction details and coordination processes.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.

Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in structural engineering consultancy or construction projects will be an advantage.
