Job Description
Responsible for the overall daily operation and management of the store/stall, ensuring smooth operational processes.
Supervise and coordinate the work arrangements, shift schedules, and attendance of frontline staff.
Ensure that food preparation, cooking, and service processes meet company standards and Singapore SFA food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory, raw material ordering, and cost control to reduce waste.
Handle customer feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Assist in training new employees to improve team efficiency and service levels.
Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Report daily operations to management and provide improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the operation/supervision of a food and beverage or cooked food stall.
Basic team management and on-site coordination skills.
Familiarity with Singapore's food and beverage industry operating procedures and food hygiene standards is preferred.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
Able to independently handle daily operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
