Job Summary

Support operational efficiency by managing office documentation, financial transactions, and technical drawings to enable seamless project execution and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documentation including files, reports, and correspondence to ensure accurate record-keeping and accessibility
• Create and issue invoices, delivery orders (DO), and quotations to support timely financial processing and client communications
• Process accounts receivable and payable tasks to assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Collaborate with the project management team by providing administrative support to facilitate project coordination and execution
• Produce and update CAD drawings or assist engineers and designers to deliver precise technical documentation for projects
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support overall office operations and project needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in basic AutoCAD for producing and updating technical drawings
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related role
• Singaporean/PR and Malaysian are welcome
