Security Enforcer Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and oversee daily security operations across multiple sites.

- Liaise with clients and attend to operational matters promptly and professionally.

- Supervise, guide, and manage deployed security officers and site supervisors.

- Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations, and operational reviews.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company SOPs, and regulatory standards.

- Prepare reports, incident investigations, deployment schedules, and operational documentation.

- Attend client meetings and provide operational support when required.

- Respond to emergencies, manpower issues, and operational contingencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Diploma qualification.

- Security Supervisor (SS) rank and above.

- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and own vehicle.

- Able to effectively manage both clients and security personnel.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior operations experience in the security industry will be an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- Salary Range: $3,700 – $4,500 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
