Job Summary

You will support project completion by ensuring accurate database administration and documentation control, coordinating with teams, and assisting management with reporting to uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enhance work safety and improve data accuracy to uphold core quality standards in database administration
• Use MS Excel and Word to manage and update project documentation effectively
• Apply knowledge of the Project Completion process and ship systems to support project workflows
• Verify project documents such as SLD, P&ID, and D&IDs for accuracy and completeness
• Interpret and read drawings, punch lists, and clearance notes to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Perform arithmetic calculations involving lengths, angles, scales, and unit conversions to support technical accuracy
• Identify and locate major equipment on board vessels to assist in project coordination
• Mark up drawings with system and sub-system boundaries to clarify project scopes
• Coordinate with site teams to obtain progress updates and ensure use of the latest drawing revisions
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, contractors, surveyors, and clients
• Assist the Commissioning Manager and Project Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
• Deploy and utilize manpower efficiently to meet project demands and timelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess working experience related to database setup
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of PIMS, FIC, Sipen, Certificate, and other project completion management systems

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
