We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Customize and implement ServiceNow features, including workflows, forms, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and deployment.

• Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and new feature releases.

• Document development processes, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer).

• Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
