Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs and contracts for construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, and minimizing financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail BQ takes off, cost estimate and preparing tender submission.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues
• Analyze, negotiate contracts, cost control, tenders, and variations order preparation.
• Sourcing for sub-contractors and supplier and negotiate price with them.
• Control the budget when doing procurement.
• Submission of progressive claims and variation orders to the client.
• Evaluate and certify sub-contractor’s claim.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying (M&E Industries).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and estimation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and is a team player.
• Have good attitude with high level of initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and software (e.g., Glodon)

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
