We are looking for a responsible and highly organized Administrative & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day office operations, HR administration, claims processing, and event logistics. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Candidates with a valid driving licence or access to a vehicle will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and company documents
- Handle receipts, invoicing, filing, and document organisation
- Process claims and reimbursements
- Maintain office supplies and oversee general office upkeep
- Support daily administrative and desk-based operations
HR & Payroll Support
- Handle CPF submissions and payroll coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain leave records and staff files
- Support internal HR administrative matters
Operations & Logistics
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners
- Support operational tasks as required
- Driving for operational errands or event support (bonus)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required)
- Prior experience in administration, HR support, or office operations preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently
