Admin & Accounts Assistant (Co-Living)

Responsibilities
- Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Prepare lease agreements, invoices, receipts, and payment reminders.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor rental collections, security deposits, and outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
- Schedule property viewings, maintenance, and move-in/move-out arrangements.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or accounting.
- Experience in property management, hospitality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
