Drive the end-to-end strategy for business process transformation and system implementations across all products, departments and station —aligning technology, people, and process into a cohesive, future-ready operating model
Lead full lifecycle execution of system rollouts (e.g. Co-Pilot and its enhancements), ensuring alignment with the implementation goals and digitalization strategy
Oversee the continuous improvement of the training contents by driving digital and blended learning approaches in the country that resonates across functions and generation to enhance engagements and effectiveness
Drive country Master Data Management ensuring data quality, channel, and control the requirements and communication regarding Master Data between country stakeholders and Global/Regional organization
Lead the analysis, and optimization of end-to-end business processes—ensuring they are simplified, and fully aligned with IRR2.0 system capabilities and global best practices
Collaborate with Products, operational superusers to identify inefficiencies, pain points to drive enhancements in systems in order to improve operations and enhance customer experience
Monitor ITBPO Performance Index, ensuring early detection of risks and gaps. Drive system and process reviews to ensure identifications of performance gaps and lead targeted interventions to close those gaps to drive operational excellence
Collaborate with Senior Management Team, Global and Regional teams, to ensure alignment and support on digitalization projects
Communicate transformation progress, outcomes, and risks clearly and credibly at all levels
Lead the IRR2.0 Projects/ any internal projects by serving as a critical bridge between the Global / Regional GPAM team and Country Products/Stations by translating local requirements for Global configurations
Develop and execute roll out and training strategy by partnering with station trainers and superusers to drive adoption and ensure that CW1 and the IRR Tools are true enabler of operational excellence
Establish and maintain country Super User Network for Core Operational Systems (Cargowise, EDM, ESP, QuoteShop, FSI, FCM, myDHLi etc.)
Manage any other tasks as assigned
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Business/ Information Technology/ Logistics or related field
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Good understanding of project management processes and methods
