Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects
Location: Malacca, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Manage tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure accurate valuations.
• Liaise with contractors & sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve contractual and financial issues.
• Prepare final accounts and ensure timely project closure.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction QS roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
