Location: Permas Jaya, Johor, Malaysia

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial management, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in handling full set accounts, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience in handling Full Set Accounts independently.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
