UI/UX Developer (6+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to join a large-scale enterprise digital transformation project within the energy industry.

The role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, supporting enterprise-grade applications and complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and functional UI designs
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
• Document technical design, changes, enhancements, and implementation procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of UI/UX design and development experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, InDesign, After Effects
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of information architecture and UX principles
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience designing mobile apps or enterprise software interfaces

Good to Have

• Experience in the energy industry or similar large-scale enterprise environments
• Exposure to enterprise application development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Knowledge of website analytics tools

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,400.00 per month
