Job Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for identity and access management (IAM) processes.
• Create, modify, and remove user accounts and access privileges.
• Process access requests in accordance with security policies and procedures.
• Perform user access reviews and ensure compliance with access control standards.
• Troubleshoot identity and access-related issues and support incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of access management activities.
• Work closely with application owners, business users, and security teams.

Requirements

• 1- 3 years of experience in IT support, identity management, or access administration.
• Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience with user provisioning, access management, and service request handling.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise access management processes.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
