· Preparing notice of demand, summons, statement of claim and other related cause papers until judgment

· Filling cause paper via e-filling

· Preparing and all cause paper for foreclosure proceeding for Land Office, High Court and private auction.

· Preparing all cause paper for all general cases including but not limited to all nature of civil action, Divorce, OS for Citizenship application, winding up, bankruptcy and all modes of execution.

· Monitoring all cases to ensure compliance of Turn Around Time.

· Monitoring Outstanding payment for legal fees from all clients

· Supervising service of the cause papers

· Preparing status report and informing client of the same

· Preparing quotations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
