岗位职责

Requirements:

Malaysian Citizen.
Pursuing a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent
Min 2 years’ experience
Willing to travel
Possess a valid Driver's License added advantage
Can immediately report to work
Can work independently
Excellent interpersonal skill & a team player
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Semi-skilled who knows how to use a computer for daily operation
Experience on hardware assembly eg PC, kiosk, building access system, control gate, etc…added advantage
Know how to install computer hardware peripherals

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide IT support nationwide across the country in Malaysia
Test and fix faulty equipment, install, and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults, and solve technical problems
Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
Setting up device for laptops or desktop PC
Preparing system and technical relevant reports documentation
Get involved in real-world project
Being involved in the technical development of products
Perform any ad-hoc reasonable assignments request by the managements
