Responsibilities:
The candidate would participate in Yau Tong, Tuen Mun and Kai Tak project, to manage the Consultant Team and Contractors to execute the contract and delivery timely output in good quality.

To manage Consultant Team and Contractors, to execute the Contract and ensure the works to be completed on time and in good quality;

To coordinate within the internal departments;

To coordinate the Site Supervision Team for quality management;

To handle and supervise all building services related matters;

To attend Project Meeting, Site Meeting and Internal Meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Building Services or equivalent;

MHKIE / MCIBSE or relevant member of recognized professional organization is preferred;

Minimum 5 years’ of local real- estate project experience;

Practical experience in developer/ client side, managing local residential projects will be an advantage;

Practical experience in managing maintenance term contract will be an advantage;

Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Good interpersonal and coordination skills;

Able to work independently and Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested.
