Responsibilities

• Assist and support the project team in meeting tight schedules for multiple projects.
• Coordinate and produce a full set of shop drawings for fitting-out and renovation projects.
• Communicate with all designers, external furniture vendors, and clients to ensure proper production and filing of technical drawings according to company standards.
• Communicate and liaise with in-house staff, site supervisors, project managers, and clients to meet the technical drawing requirements set by management.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fitting-out, building, or construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for fitting-out and renovation projects is essential.
• Familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
• Native proficiency in Cantonese, and good command of Mandarin and English.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. A good team player who is also independent with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site.
