What you will do:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented and maintained across the organization
• Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements
• Support internal, external, and customer audits
• Monitor quality processes and ensure compliance with company standards
• Drive corrective and preventive actions through CAPA and 8D methodologies
• Handle customer quality issues and coordinate resolution activities
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records
• Support qualification, validation, and change management activities
• Ensure effective implementation of quality tools and methodologies
• Take up additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned beyond the listed job scope
  
  

What you will need:

• Senior 10+ years of experience in QMS and CQE-related roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
• Experience with customer quality management and complaint handling
• Knowledge of APQP, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and 7 QC tools
• Experience in manufacturing or process quality environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional organization
• CQE certification is an added advantage
