Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description: Provide high customer service while assisting clients with maintenance requests, answering general billing questions, and providing property management information over the phone and email daily.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Receive all incoming calls. 50 to 60 priority calls a day.
Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
Communicate with Managers regarding any request needing special attention.
Understand and act in accordance with relevant Community Care Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
Perform any other task which may be necessary for the smooth operation of the management aspect of the Community Care Department

Minimum Requirements
High School diploma
At least 3 years of experience in a BPO / call center setting
Strong verbal and writing skills. Capable of being assertive and eloquent.
Familiar with having a remote work setup
A dedicated workstation at home is a must
Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Tech Savvy
Experience in Property Management/Maintenance Request and Zendesk is highly preferred
