Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Provide high customer service while assisting clients with maintenance requests, answering general billing questions, and providing property management information over the phone and email daily.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming calls. 50 to 60 priority calls a day.
  • Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
  • Communicate with Managers regarding any request needing special attention.
  • Understand and act in accordance with relevant Community Care Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform any other task which may be necessary for the smooth operation of the management aspect of the Community Care Department

Schedule

Standard: Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 am - 9:00 am

Daylight Saving: Monday to Friday: 11:00 pm - 8:00 am

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO / call center setting
  • Strong verbal and writing skills. Capable of being assertive and eloquent.
  • Familiar with having a remote work setup
  • A dedicated workstation at home is a must
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Experience in Property Management/Maintenance Request and Zendesk is highly preferred

Your Device Must Comply With The Following Specifications

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
