This unique opportunity begins with 15 weeks of intensive, fully salaried training at our London headquarters (with all flights and accommodation paid for by Kubrick). You will join a high-calibre cohort to master the latest AI technologies before returning to Singapore to deliver transformative projects for our global and local clients.

We value the unique problem-solving skills you have gained in your current industry—whether that is finance, accounting, operations, engineering, marketing or healthcare. We will teach you the technical skills; you bring the real-world business experience. 

Role Overview  

As a Kubrick Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. After your London training, you will deploy on a 2-year client engagement in Singapore, helping major organisations transform how they work. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Intensive Upskilling (London): Dedicate 15 weeks to mastering Python, SQL, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Machine Learning, and Generative AI from scratch.  
• Business Translation: Use your previous industry knowledge to explain complex data solutions to corporate clients.  
• Project Implementation: Build data pipelines, develop machine learning models, and create analytics dashboards with your new technical toolkit.  
• Client Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders at major organisations in Singapore to drive innovation.  
• Governance: Ensure AI solutions align with Singapore’s Model AI Governance Framework.  

What We Are Looking For  

• Nationality: This specific programme is open to Candidates who have the right to work in Singapore without current or future sponsorship. This programme is designed to support the development of local talent in Singapore 
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of professional work experience outside of the Data & AI industry.  
• Education: Possess Bachelor’s degree (Honours Distinction / Second Class Upper or equivalent) in a STEM or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics). 
• Background: Individuals looking for a complete career pivot. No relevant experience is necessary. 
• Mindset: Curiosity, resilience, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning.
