What The Role Is

You are responsible for leading the back-office functions of the Medical Classification Centre (MCC). You oversee contract management, procurement, manpower planning, and IT systems to ensure robust and seamless support for MCC's clinical operations.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage complex contracts with healthcare institutes, ensuring compliance and alignment with operational requirements
• Oversee the procurement of medical equipment and logistics to maintain operational readiness at all times
• Lead manpower sourcing and planning efforts to effectively scale clinical front operations
• Drive IT system management and ensure back-office systems are well-integrated and functioning optimally
• Champion administrative excellence across all support functions to enable seamless back-office operations

• Navigating intricate procurement and contractual frameworks while meeting urgent operational timelines in a fast-paced medical environment
• Balancing diverse stakeholder interests and maintaining high organisational standards under pressure
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in contract management and procurement is preferred
• Relevant experience in the back-office of a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management frameworks and processes
• Proficiency in IT systems management and administration
