Consulting Lead / Program Lead - Oracle VAM (Virtual Account Management)
Key Responsibilities
1. Consulting & Solution Design (Cash & Liquidity Transformation)
- Lead end-to-end Virtual Account Management (VAM) global rollout program for tier‑1 bank
- Help designing virtual account architectures enabling real-time cash visibility, reconciliation, and liquidity optimization
- Align solutions with corporate banking strategy, regulatory requirements, and client objectives
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle VAM solutions
- Help designing virtual account hierarchies, pooling structures (notional/physical), and reconciliation models
- Help enabling integration with payments, core banking, ERP, and liquidity systems
- Act as a trusted advisor across transaction banking, cash management, corporate banking, and treasury domains
2. Delivery & Program Management
- Lead global Oracle VAM implementations across regions, entities, and currencies
- Establish delivery governance, rollout strategies, and migration frameworks (physical → virtual accounts)
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of multi-country programs
- Manage risks across liquidity structures, regulatory constraints, and integrations
- Drive improvements in cash visibility, reconciliation efficiency, and operational scalability
3. SME (Subject Matter Expert) – VAM
- Review functional designs and solution architecture for alignment with VAM best practices
- Validate business requirements (BRD/FSD) and impact of changes
- Review and approve functional test cases and SIT/UAT scenarios
- Ensure coverage of end-to-end VAM flows (account lifecycle, reconciliation, liquidity movements)
- Support defect triage and functional issue resolution
- Provide guidance on account structures, pooling, and reconciliation design decisions
