Job Responsibilities:


Support on daily failure analysis on production rejects.
Setup, operate production machines and equipment according to instruction and processes.
Hands-on troubleshooting of production machine on mechanical and electrical problems.
Conduct first level troubleshooting of equipment performance and functionality issues.
Update machine downtime reports on maintenance and troubleshooting.
Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, and test procedure on machines & fixtures.
Update equipment downtime reports on maintenance and troubleshooting.
Supervise process supervision and conduct verification test and measurements.
Support on ESD measurement and spare part management.
Conduct periodic measurements of product cycle time.
Actively initiate/ participate in workplace safety, 5S, and environmentally friendly activities, and continuous improvement process.
Support productivity improvement through periodic reviewing performance of product cycle time, machine, and production yield performance.


Job Requirements:


Min NITEC in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechatronics or equivalent.
Min 2 years of relevant working experiences in electronic devices production assembling environment.
Able to perform shift works and overtime (if necessary).
