Technicians in the semiconductor industry are critical for maintaining the daily flow of production within a cleanroom environment. They focus on learning, operating, and maintaining specialized equipment under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.

Below are the roles and responsibilities of junior technicians:

Tasks description:

Support maintenance on equipment with Senior Engineers to ensure success and survival rate to meet module goals
Follow SOP as per specification and execute good maintenance of tools
Support and perform activities according to customer scheduling and requirement
Coordination and arrangement with logistic for new & old parts
Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
Support tool owner in technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation
Preparation & housekeeping of work area
Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas
Reports directly to the Engineer on task and reports

Requirements:

 Experience in semiconductor modules Diffusion/Implant/CVD/PVD/CMP a good to have but not a necessity  
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, training will be provided 
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
