Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator serves as the vital bridge between the office, design team, clients, and the site team. This role focuses on documentation, scheduling, and smooth communication across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaison & Communication: Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and the internal site team to resolve project administrative matters.
• Document Control: Manage project documentation, including RFIs (Request for Information), MOS (Method Statements), shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Schedule Tracking: Assist the Project Manager in monitoring the project timeline, tracking milestones, and preparing weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Meeting Administration: Arrange project meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate minutes of meetings (MOM).
• Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing material quotations and coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers.

Requirements :

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Building, or Project Management.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD . Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
• Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the Singapore engineering/construction industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
