Security Engineer (Post-Sales / Implementation)

About the Company

A leading Value-Added Distributor (VAD) of enterprise cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions, with a strong regional presence across APAC and partnerships with top-tier global vendors.

The Role

Be the technical face of post-sales delivery leading implementation, deployment, and support for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions across local and regional projects. You'll work on-site with customers, ensuring smooth deployments and resolving issues with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales implementation for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring products
• Support large-scale local and regional project deployments
• Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, leveraging internal knowledge base and research
• Provide technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Participate in 24x7 standby rotation for maintenance support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in network support and administration
• Solid knowledge of networking , routing and switching technologies
• CCNA or CCSA certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging directly with clients
• Independent, self-motivated, and willing to work extended hours / standby duty
