Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the company’s daily operations. This is a multi-functional role covering administration, accounts, banking and investment coordination, marketing support and general business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy and enjoys working in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day operations of the business, including administration, documentation and scheduling.
* Assist with accounting, banking and investment administration activities.
* Coordinate with accountants, bankers, vendors and external service providers.
* Assist with social media, marketing materials and company events.
* Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, work independently and manage priorities effectively.
* Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
* Saturday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
