We are looking for a Security Assistant to assist our team security at Quest Hotel MidPort PD. This role will be responsible to ensure the safety, security and protection of persons and properties in the premises.

Job Responsibilities:

• To patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.
• To ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes).
• To respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy.
• To guard company’s property and assets against thefts and fire hazards.
• To respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is an advantage but not always required at lease 1 year.
• Familiar with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and basic security equipment.
• Good physical condition such as able to stand, walk, and patrol for long hours.
• No serious medical conditions or disabilities that could affect job performance.
• Must be trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive information or valuable company assets.
• Must pass a criminal background check (no criminal record).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
