Job Scope – Technical Assistant (Site-Based)

1) Assist the System Integrator team in site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
2) Support the implementation and integration of systems and equipment according to project requirements.
3) Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving technical issues at site.
4) Conduct site inspections and ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements.
5) Assist in system testing, configuration, and performance verification.
6) Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
7) Ensure proper handling, usage, and maintenance of tools and equipment at site.
8) Comply with all site safety regulations, procedures, and company policies.
9) Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time

Skills, Competencies & Expectations

• Basic technical knowledge in ICT, networking, or system integration
• Excellent in English writing
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and instructions
• Detail-oriented & organised
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• 1-2 years of engineering experience technical documentation

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
