• Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare, process, and maintain operational documents such as job orders, delivery orders, service reports, and work schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and customers on operational matters
• Monitor and update operations schedules, manpower deployment, and job status
• Prepare operational reports, summaries, and records for management review
• Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and related operational documentation
• Track operational costs, expenses, and supporting documents
• Maintain proper filing of operational records (physical & digital)
• Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
