- Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets and expenditures throughout all project phases
- Preparing tender documentation and analysing tender submissions from contractors
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections and measurements to verify work completion and material quantities
- Preparing monthly valuations and interim payment certificates for contractors
- Managing variations and claims in accordance with contract terms and conditions
- Reconciling final accounts and preparing detailed financial reports
- Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions related to projects
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
