• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets and expenditures throughout all project phases
• Preparing tender documentation and analysing tender submissions from contractors
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
• Conducting site inspections and measurements to verify work completion and material quantities
• Preparing monthly valuations and interim payment certificates for contractors
• Managing variations and claims in accordance with contract terms and conditions
• Reconciling final accounts and preparing detailed financial reports
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions related to projects

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuching (Kuching, Kuching)
