We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in network and security operations within complex environments.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in network support within a sizable organization
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
• Hands-on experience with network firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) and packet flow troubleshooting
• Solid expertise in routing & switching configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience managing campus LAN and wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba)
• Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP address management
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SNMP-based tools)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
• Ability to document network diagrams and operational procedures
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) are an advantage
