Job Description

• Assist in the management and maintenance of the site in accordance with the contractual requirements and standards set by the Client.
• Carry out daily routine works in the shopping mall including conducting inspections to ensure that all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule and are in good working condition.
• Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client.
• Oversee works/services and ensure that services are delivered on time and according to Client’s requirements.
• Supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Building/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in maintaining commercial buildings.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good team worker with service-orientated mindset.
• Possess Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be preferred.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
• Working schedules: 44-hrs work week
