Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator (Video & Photography) to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content to support our digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, showroom promotions, vehicle launches, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate is confident with shooting and editing short-form videos, understands current social media trends, and can create engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Conduct photo and video shoots for vehicles, showroom activities, events, promotions, customer deliveries, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form content that highlights vehicle features, offers, lifestyle themes, customer experiences, and dealership branding.
• Edit and optimize content according to each platform’s format, trend, audience, and posting requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Support company marketing events, roadshows, showroom campaigns, New Model launches and Toyota Gazoo Racing Event.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, video styles, and competitor content.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a professional visual standard.
• Organize and manage photo/video files for future marketing use.

Key Performance Indicators

• Produce 15–25 video contents per month.
• Conduct 2–4 content shoots per month.
• Increase video engagement rate by 30%.
• Achieve 50% growth in TikTok reach.
• Support timely delivery of campaign-related content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, video editing, or social media content production.
• Strong skills in shooting and editing short-form videos.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Able to operate a smartphone, camera, gimbal, microphone, lighting, and basic production equipment.
• Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good sense of visual composition, storytelling, lighting, and pacing.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom, outdoor, and event environment.
• Automotive content experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Creative Media, Film, Photography, or related field.
• Portfolio of previous photo/video work is highly preferred.
• Experience creating content for automotive, lifestyle, retail, or social media marketing brands will be an advantage.
