Core Responsibilities

• Define and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth roadmap.
• Lead market entry initiatives, strategic alliances, and high-value commercial negotiations.
• Oversee company-wide operations, ensuring efficiency, governance, and performance control.
• Manage P&L accountability, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Establish operational structures, policies, and performance management frameworks.
• Lead senior managers and teams, fostering accountability and results-driven execution.
• Act as a key representative of the company with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in business development, general management, or operations leadership roles.
• Strong commercial judgement with proven ability to scale businesses and manage complexity.
• Solid background in retail, trading, distribution, or consumer-related industries preferred.
• Capable of strategic decision-making while remaining operationally hands-on.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; senior-level experience and results are prioritised.
