Job Summary

The Site Support Assistant will manage site administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain/create digital site records, and support team communications to ensure smooth operations during a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintenance checks to ensure site conditions meet operational standards
• Manage and update digital site recordings and plans to maintain accurate site documentation
• Coordinate schedules and support team correspondence to facilitate effective communication
• Perform additional related duties as assigned to support site operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of 'N' or 'O' Level education (training provided)
• Communicate clearly in verbal English to support team interactions
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work outputs
• Engage positively with colleagues using an outgoing and approachable manner
• Demonstrate responsibility and a strong work ethic in daily tasks
• Maintain physical fitness to perform duties that require mobility and being on the move

• Work schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm
• Office location: Woodlands MRT (Causeway Point), 3-minute walk
