Job Description

• Supervise and manage of construction workers on daily site activities.
• Able to understand RC structural drawing, specification and calculate the costing
• Ensure smooth progress of site works.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Attending site management meetings.
• To co-ordinate with clients and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
• Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
