Responsible to oversee smooth execution of the project as planned. Full fill and maintain project timeline and ensuring project is on schedule by managing risk or changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Standard Specification:

• Able conduct of Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems, focusing on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Provide expertise in quotation, proposal, project forecast budget, margin, labour and Construction cost, calculation, documentation and actual cost preparation when necessary.
• Can analysing electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Study and understand to resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications before and during the site progression. Research and explore best ways to fulfil the project needs according to company’s budget and goals.
• Directing and coordinating manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• To attend authorities, and sub-contractors, clients for inquiries, discussion and meetings and participate actively by giving sound opinions.
• To handle subcontractors and supplier, discussion and meetings. Identify issues and provide immediate and effective solutions to minimise risks.
• Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical specifics to all stakeholders

Person Specification

(Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required to perform this role)

• Academic : Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
• Experience : Similar industry above 3 years in the related field of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excell, Office, Ms Project, Auto Cad
• Result oriented, analyse issues and get to the root cause to provide effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
