Job Summary

You will perform data entry for invoices, GST, and petty cash, prepare claims reports, and support other office administrative tasks as needed, while communicating effectively in Mandarin with counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoice, GST, and petty cash data accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Prepare detailed claims reports to support financial processing and auditing requirements
• Complete various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate clearly in Mandarin with counterparts to facilitate effective coordination and information exchange
