Job Summary

Support and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards while collaborating with consultants and subcontractors to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to execute M&E systems smoothly and according to project plans
• Monitor project progress and quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Review technical drawings, materials, and equipment specifications to support accurate project delivery
• Resolve site-related technical issues by providing effective engineering solutions
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and project updates for management review
• Manage multiple tasks independently to meet project deadlines and support overall M&E project management

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E works within construction projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, technical drawings, and industry standards
• Coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in managing M&E project tasks
• Ability to multitask and work independently under project deadlines
