• Work with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Handle Tradenet permit applications for all import and export shipments.
• Follow up on orders to make sure deliveries are on time and inventory records are updated.
• Keep customers’ DG storage and usage licenses organised and compliant with NEA rules.
• Create and activate Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer needs and warehouse stock.
• Check customer forecasts and usage, and send regular consumption reports when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company.
