Electronics Engineer

( DoorAutomatics / Electronic Lock / Electronic Key Cabinet Supply & Install Projects )

·      Candidate with knowledge on electronics. Experience in Door or window hardware, building material, furniture, signage, flooring or lightning is an asset

·      Electronics, Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering, Site Agent, Building Service, Interior/Graphics Design graduates also suitable

·      Have Knowledge in either Graphic Design / BIM / Revit / Illustrator / AutoCAD /Computer IT will be an advantage

Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Electronics, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.

• Project management, lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must.
• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings.

· Design detailed illustration of door and window two or four sides option and cutting list; Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement door and window accessories etc.

• Able to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD / Illustrator / BIM / Revit.

Responsibilities:

· Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

· Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Build up Singapore ABS as prestigious brand technically both in Singapore and overseas market e.g., in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau or China etc.

· Take perspective views, Plans, Elevations, and Represent the underlying interior design information.

· Highest level of drawing skill is preferred.

· Hardworking and Good attitude in learning.

· Problem solving skills and good communication skills.

· Skilled at Critical thinking, Time Management, Problem solving and Teamwork.

· Site checking, Site Measuring and Supervision on ongoing projects.

· Provides conceptual design, Design development, Visualization, Rendering and Documentation.
